While we want to continue producing pasta using artisanal methods, we make use of the most advanced technologies and are constantly committed to integrating new and more advanced ones into our production process.

Our pasta factory is able to work in three shifts, thus expressing the highest available production capacity of traditional Italian stuffed pasta and unquestionably combining the passion for good food with the efficiency of the processes.
